Ltd. was founded in 2023 through resource integration by a core team with 20years of photovoltaic industry experience, committing to the full transition from conventional pV business to comprehensivesmart energy development, Headquartered in jiangsu Province, China, the company has established project branches andrepresentative offices across Africa to realize coordinated domestic and overseas deployment.Its core business covers fourmajor sectors: photovoltaic power generation, energy storage, EV charging pile and diesel power generation. By realizingin-depth coordination and complementary advantages in construction, installation and operational management across albusiness seqments, the enterprise has built its proprietary industrial ecosystem for smart energy.

Subsidiary Company

It has Jiangsu Xingzhao New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (a national high-tech enterprise) and Jiangsu Zhuodan Construction Development Co., Ltd. (with qualifications such as second level general contracting for power engineering construction), as well as HCZD Energy Company Limited, a branch in Zambia.

Since laying out in the African market in 2024, we have completed the construction of multiple mining microgrids and charging stations in Zambia and Nigeria, and have mature experience in overseas project construction and photovoltaic operation and maintenance.

Our History

2016

In May 2016, Jiangsu Xingzhao New Energy Co., Ltd. was established, focusing on the development and construction of industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaic power stations.

2021

In March 2021, Jiangsu Zhuodan Construction Development Co., Ltd. was established, with qualifications of Level 3 and Level 5 for power general contracting, and officially entered the field of power construction and operation and maintenance.

2023

In May 2023, in order to promote the diversification of energy business, Hechuang Smart Energy (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. was established, opening up a new track of "light storage and charging" comprehensive smart energy. Subsequently, Jiangsu Xingzhao and Jiangsu Zhuodan were merged into Hechuang Intelligence to achieve strategic integration of business and resources.
On March 12, 2023, Jiangsu Xingzhao New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise.

2024

In February 2024, Jiangsu Zhuodan Construction Development Co., Ltd. was awarded the "Star of the Year for Industrial and Commercial System integrators".
In September 2024, Jiangsu Zhuodan Construction Development Co., Ltd. officially entered the overseas market, focusing on expanding large-scale projects in Africa.

2026

In January 2026.1, Jiangsu Zhuodan Construction Development Co., Ltd. successfully upgraded to a second level qualification for power general contracting, and will take this as a new starting point to fully promote the rapid development of domestic and overseas business.
